Context#
The repository already uses Vukem/React/Inertia/Tailwind/PostgreSQL. The user requires a dashboard at / with a shadcn/ui sidebar.
Decision#
Keep the stack; adapt the starter to the authenticated dashboard and install shadcn/ui components in the Vite frontend. / is the canonical route, not a public landing page.
Alternatives#
Separate API SPA; another framework; /dashboard as the main destination. They do not better meet the requirements already fixed.
Consequences#
Share types/props between Go and React; preserve the Inertia integration and CSP. shadcn/ui requires configuration and components that do not yet exist in the code.
