Status: draft. It is not an order to implement pending choices.

Implementation update: see the ROADMAP, ADR-0011, ADR-0012 and ADR-0013 for the effective state. The text below preserves the original requirements/designs, not a statement that all infrastructure or external validation details have already occurred.

Week estimates from the conversation are illustrative. Do not adopt a schedule before defining scope, access to history, budget and acceptance criteria.

Implementation increments#

  1. Create identity and session migrations; integrate Google through the Vukem native support; restrict authorization according to the chosen audience.
  2. Expose only /login, the Google flow, assets and health publicly. Protect pages, JSON and streams. Home becomes the dashboard; /dashboard may redirect to /.
  3. Install shadcn/ui over Vite, alias and Tailwind tokens; sidebar and real empty states, without fictitious numbers appearing as real financial data.
  4. Add domain entities and interfaces; validate the broker with contract tests before spreading external endpoints through the code.
  5. Implement feed and pure strategies with fixtures; then the historical simulator.
  6. Implement intent/outbox/risk, paper executor and recovery reconciliation.
  7. Connect real backend data to the dashboard and publish to Railway when requested.

Definition of done#

Acceptance criteria of the SDD implemented; tests proportional to the impact; compatible schema; secrets outside Git; error and loading states present; log without credentials; runbook updated. For the engine, fault injection tests and proof that closing the browser does not interfere. CI green and review of the delivery limits.
